Rathlin Islandfrom Walking in Ireland
Caledonian MacBrayne's Rathlin Island ferry, the MV Canna, was built in 1973. It has a nominal capacity of six cars and 140 passengers, though it seems much smaller. (When I was on board, most of the passengers were seated on plastic chairs inside the gunwales, which were occasionally doused by spray during the 45-minute trip from Ballycastle.)
