Roger J. Fleming, the European managing director of Guidesource, is a
certified mountain guide, instructor, and rescue professional. GioideSource
was founded in 1981 and teaches rock, ice, mountaineering and avalanche
courses throughout Europe and the Himalayas.

Olivier Rodouit is a former member of the Swiss ski team who has twice climbed
without oxygen on the North Face of Mt. Everest. He's based in Verbier, where
he guides climbers and skiers of every skill level.
