Walking directions to the Corte di Gabriela (with map)
The Corte di Gabriela is a small four-star boutique hotel on a quiet street near the Campo Sant'Angelo, which is on one of the main walking routes between the Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. It was a wealthy family's private mansion until 2012, when it underwent a restoration and conversion that yielded 11 stylish rooms and suites. (The larger family-size suites are in a separate building nearby, where they offer full kitchens and--in the ground-floor suite--a courtyard.) Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., so there's no hurry to crawl out of bed if you were up gallivanting the night before.
